Even though she’s working, he controls every dime, and really doesn’t give her much of a voice. Even though they have the resources and are doing fine, she just has no financial power.”

“Marnie, knowing that you’re a medium, and during our first session many years ago, you said your father is here and he has a message for you. So, I remember writing my request to you and saying, if by any chance my father comes up to you, please let him know that I’m terribly sorry. Because in the battle between him and my mother, I always left him alone. And I never took his side. And I was not comprehensive nor empathic, nor competitive with him. And I think I felt very guilty for leaving him alone, suffering in silence.”
