“I am working at a new job. This is my 2nd week and the man that is supposed to help train me was shouting at me today because I spoke up for myself regarding our up system. We all take turns with high-end jewelry sales and take our up-system rules very seriously. He took my turn and after the clients left, I asked him for clarification. He started shouting at me and distorting the situation. He did that with another question I had about the tools for sizing watches. This is crazy since it’s just my first week. I called my boss, but he is on vacation in Brazil. He doesn’t seem to want me to write to HUMAN RESOURCES IT SEEMS and in these small stores going to HR is a big mistake. Usually, it backfires. I’m still on probation and must prove myself. Yikes! Feeling so bad right now. I took this job to relieve our financial situation and it is really good pay. But I don’t want to be abused and sabotaged. His name is John and he is older (will be 70 in a few years) and very set in his ways. Please help me. I think you are the only one that can. They can even fire me for the way they distort things. My Boss does not want to be bothered, he barely gets involved in the store and there is nothing I can do about that.”

Everything worked out. When I arrived at the boutique, the old guy I worked with who aggressively shouted at me for no reason was so calm. He was, the best word I can use to describe, defeated, or maybe disarmed completely. I was quiet and tried to remain so. Also, only talked about sales and work operations stuff when needed. That was perfect! Reminded me of Kung Fu and how to disarm the opponent! I would love to learn that – to disarm someone charging at me and can’t wait to learn this on the Mastery Calls!
My boss later told me he gave him a verbal warning. Which is more than I expected. Basically, told him he can’t yell at a co-worker. I felt a calmness come through me more and more throughout the day and a nice relief when he told me he spoke with him.
I even made a sale!!! Woo-Hoo! $27,000. No discount! And another sale on Friday for $22,000. That looks pretty good for me, both no discount. That’s a big deal in this company, in one week only on the sales floor! I practically did my month's numbers. Thank you so much for all the corrections and support!

“I wrote to Marnie asking for help for my husband‘s mother, Aki. She needed support as she was near death and no matter what we did, we just couldn’t get her the care, doctors, and support she needed.
She desperately needed to be re-hospitalized, and we couldn’t get her into the hospitals in Tokyo, Japan.
So many good things have happened since I registered her for the monthly membership. Within the first week after sending you the SOS, Youske‘s father asked the kitchen at the retirement facility to chop up Aki’s food and they did. My husband Youske had asked him to do this a month prior, but for whatever reason, it didn’t happen. I feel this is how the Yuen Method works. You clear the obstacles that lead to miscommunication.
Then within a few weeks, a hospital finally said that they would accept Aki. And this was the hospital we were hoping for. It only has 3 departments, psychiatric, internal medicine, and rehab and these are the three things she needs. Once we knew there would be an opening, they said it would be a week or two. Within four days she was admitted! We heard rehab is going to start and they will begin by giving her foot rubs. The whole family feels relief that she is safe!
When she got to the hospital, the family met her doctor who fortunately is a woman. Women doctors in Japan have smaller egos and are more open. The doctor spent two hours with her and the family asking a lot of really good questions.
The doctor at her past hospital spent five minutes and only visited her once a month.
All of these things are giving us such a sense of relief.
